Provident Life Assurance Company Limited was registered by the Registrar-General’s Department in February 2006, under the Company’s Code, 1963 (Act 179), numbered as CA-23, 538. ProvidentLife was registered with GH˘1,000,000.00 ordinary shares of no par value. Out of this, GH˘700,000.00 shares were issued to Provident Insurance Company on incorporation.
The company engages in life assurance business both local and international. Provident Life Assurance Company is being managed by a highly knowledgeable and experienced team of five personnel in response to what the Board of Directors of the company believe to be attractive business opportunities observed in the life assurance industry following a market research study
